About Carol Paquette

As a child I grew up in Maryland. In 1989 I moved to Ormond Beach from Miami, Fla. Where I was employed by a major cruise line and a wholesale tour company. I put together tour packages for Las Vegas Nevada, Vail, Breckenridge and Aspen Colorado and also Montreal, Quebec, Toronto and Lake louise Canada. One of my favorite things to do is travel. So it was a fun job. All of this was before the internet.

In Miami I was an avid tennis player and played a lot of tournaments with my teenage son. At one time we were ranked the number one Mother-Son team in the state of Florida. Upon my arrival in Ormond Beach I decided to learn to play golf and also get a real estate licence. I was hired by a private, gated, oceanfront community in Palm Coast to sell homes and was there for 15 years. Two years ago I decided to join Venture Development Realty as I live in Plantation Bay and my home was one minute from the sales office. No more commuting every day!

With my past experience, knowledge and patience, it is a pleasure to help someone buy or sell a home. It is a full-ltime job for me but I still find time to squeeze in some travel time!
