Hello, I am Debbie Sachs , a Licensed Realtor with Venture Development Realty.
After moving from the Maryland Washington DC area we lived in other areas of Florida before Landing in Ormond Beach — my favorite spot!
My extensive background is in sales in the commercial real estate market in the Washington DC marketplace. I worked with commercial real estate brokers, design firms and project management firms providing contract furniture for their tenants. I was an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Executive Women) for over 15 years. I was also on the Executive Committee for the funding raising event “ Women and Wine” for Georgetown Lombardi Cancer Center. It was an honor to be part of this committee to raise funds for breast cancer.
Providing a high level of customer care to my clients is what I provide. I will be there for every step, from start to finish and beyond. My years as a business owner in a sales environment has taught me the importance of the client relationship. The process does not be stressful!
