Judit Glant worked with me to find a home in Plantation Bay in Ormond Beach. She did a great job from start to finish, she is tough and strong and really focused on customer service. My wife and I living in Rathdrum, Idaho, had decided to relocate to the Ormond Beach, Florida area to be closer to family. After extensive online research and talking to family and friends, we decided we wanted to relocate to Plantation Bay in Ormond Beach, Florida.
We wanted a real estate agent with the experience, knowledge and expertise in buying a high end home that could be trusted buying a house 3,000 miles away.
After talking to friends, family, and online research I contacted Rick Southwick.
After a couple calls to him and asking many questions it was obvious that Rick's knowledge, experience and above all, trustworthiness, he was the real estate agent we wanted.
After signing to have Rick represent us, he sent us several houses to review that met our criteria. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the houses that were for sale and advising us which houses was located in a good area and most importantly which houses were overpriced.
Within 48 hours Rick called and indicated a house that met our criteria had, within minutes, just became available for sale. Within an hour Rick was in the house live streaming with us the house and the property. He indicated it was a beautiful home, met all our ctiteria and was not overpriced.
Within about 3 hours of the house on the market, we made a full price offer only to find that another strong offer had already been submitted. This is where Rick's experience and knowledge was extremely important. He assisted us in preparing another offer without paying over what the house should be worth. Our offer was accepted.
When we saw our house it was everything Rick said it was and more. He helped us after closing answering the multitude of questions at all hours of the day including calls on weekends. He was instrumental in helping us contacting the appropriate agencies for power, water, garbage, car registration, drivers license, ect.
As we all know buying a home is one of the largest investments we will ever make and it is extremely important to find a real estate agent that you can completely trust. Rich Southwick can be trusted and will be there for you in your real estate transaction and after.

Donna really knows her stuff. I am always so impressed with her attention to detail and her ability to be creative to support her clients goals. Donna has a personality that make home shopping fun. Something else I have learned about Donna is that she will really go to bat for her clients. One time after a sale a client reached out to her and she reminded them of protection she built into the home purchase that saved the home owner a lot of money. I strongly recommend her to dot all the i's and cross all the t's on your next home purchase! or sale!

Kerry Luitgaarden was my parents’ agent when they sold their house, I reached out to her to see if she could assist us with an out of area purchase and she quickly responded letting us know that she could. The purchase went smoothly and my parents were extremely happy.
We reached back out to Kerry for the purchase of our own home in Casselberry, FL and she connected us with an agent in that area.
