We recently worked with Rick Southwick to both sell and purchase our homes. We have bought and sold 9 homes in Florida and Rick, by far, has been the best agent we have ever worked with. Kerry was amazing to work with! As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't sure exactly where I wanted to live, so she took me all over Jacksonville and the surrounding areas to help me get a true feel for each community. We spent hours together discussing the pros and cons of different neighborhoods and homes, and I never felt like I was convincing her to keep looking. She genuinely wanted to make sure I found not only the perfect home, but also the right neighborhood and town for me and my future family.

Cole was exceptional in our whole experience of purchasing a house in Plantation Bay! We live in Illinois and were unable to come and see the house, so on many occasions Cole would Facetime with us and showed us every detail of the house. He was always available to answer our questions and did so immediately! He reached out to us many times to see if we had any questions. He is kind, respectful and super knowledgeable of the houses he sells. We highly recommend him to be your realtor if you are looking for a home in Plantation Bay, Ormond Beach, Florida!
