About Terri Falk
As a native Florida resident, I have a lifelong connection to the communities and people that make the Sunshine State so special. Born and raised in Miami, then as a military child I have made my way through the state high school in Orlando, college in Tampa, and now settled in the Jacksonville area. I bring valuable insight into many of Florida’s unique markets, lifestyles and growing communities.
Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent 21 years as an educator, where I developed strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills that continue to serve my clients today. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science, which has strengthened my ability to research, problem-solve, and guide clients with attention to detail and professionalism.
My faith is at the center of how I live and work. I believe in serving others with integrity, honesty, and genuine care. Communication, networking, and marketing are some of my greatest strengths, and I enjoy building positive relationships while helping clients navigate the real estate process with confidence.
