About Judit Glant
Hello, I’m Judit Glant, a Licensed Realtor with Venture Development Realty. I was born in Hungary, where I received my education in Marketing and Business Administration. From a very early age, I developed a true passion for sales, which has continued to be a driving force throughout my life. After living in Miami for over 15 years, I discovered the hidden gem of Ormond Beach about five years ago, and it has since become my home.
As a real estate professional, my most important role is to facilitate successful, stress-free transactions while providing valuable guidance and expertise to my clients. For sellers, my commitment is to help sell your home in a timely manner while achieving the highest possible price. For buyers, I strive to offer all the tools necessary to find the right property and negotiate the best possible deal in every transaction.
I lead a very active lifestyle, engaging in weight and resistance training 4–5 times a week, which gives me the energy and focus to take on any challenge. I also make it a priority to attend seminars and training programs regularly to stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and best practices. Outside of real estate, I have a deep interest in functional medicine, anti-aging, and nutrition — I’m always exploring how to thrive and flourish well into my 100s!
