About Mark Zimmerman

I grew up vacationing in the Ormond Beach area with family, and those early memories are a big part of why I chose to call this area “home”. I moved here permanently in 2020 and began my real estate career in new home sales with ICI Homes, where I spent five years gaining extensive experience in new construction, negotiation, and the broader Volusia and Flagler County markets.

During that time, I had the opportunity to represent sales in communities such as Plantation Bay, The Conservatory, Verona Oceanside, and Veranda Bay, across a wide range of price points – from homes in the $300’s to custom estate properties over $3 Million.

I’m committed to providing a thoughtful, client-focused experience. I take the time to understand what people are truly looking for and work diligently to help them find the right home and community. Outside of real estate I enjoy spending time with my wife, son, and daughter.
