I bring more than 32 years of experience in financial and real estate services, offering my clients a depth of knowledge that spans every stage of the property journey. Originally from Connecticut, I relocated to Florida in 2000 and have since lived and worked across Central Florida, the West Coast, and the East Coast—including Celebration, Sarasota, and now St. Johns County, where I reside.
My career is uniquely shaped by a strong foundation in both real estate and finance, supported by a portfolio of 10 professional licenses, including real estate, mortgage, and investment credentials. This diverse expertise allows me to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with a comprehensive, strategic approach.
Married to a general contractor, I also have hands-on experience in the construction and renovation side of the business. Together, we have flipped homes and built spec properties for years, giving me valuable insight into property value, design potential, and market opportunities.
