About Tanisha Rose

I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate Northeast Florida real estate for more than eight years. Having called Northeast Florida home since 2017, I’ve developed a strong knowledge of the area and experience working with everything from resale homes and first-time buyers to luxury properties and new construction.

I believe real estate is about more than buying or selling a house—it’s about understanding what matters most to each client and making what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process as clear and comfortable as possible. Whether you’re buying, building, or selling, I take a hands-on approach and pride myself on being accessible, responsive, and there for my clients from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Outside of real estate, I’m deeply involved in my local community, particularly through my daughter’s school and dance activities. I’m active with the PTO, support middle school programs and events, and am heavily involved in the local dance community. As a proud dance mom, much of my free time is spent at practices, performances, competitions, and cheering on my daughter, Penelope.

And when we aren’t at the dance studio, there’s a good chance you’ll find the two of us at Disney. In fact, don’t be surprised if you call me and hear “It’s a Small World” playing somewhere in the background!

For me, Northeast Florida isn’t just where I work—it’s where I’ve built my life, raised my daughter, and become part of the community I love serving.
