Elizabeth is a professional.
She communicated in November how long it would take for the house to sell and how much it would sell for and she was right on both.
I was in the northeast and Elizabeth coordinated all the details which made selling a house so much easier.
When it came to negotiating price and terms with a buyer I felt Elizabeth had my best interest in mind and not just getting a commission.
I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone.
