Elizabeth Kargar has now handled 2 real estate sales for me in the last decade or so. Her team and her truly go above the call of duty in order to reach the final goal, selling the property at the highest possible price in the market. Not only has she lived and breathed real estate in the Ormond Beach area, so has her husband who is a developer and a successful one at that.
