Hello, I’m Samantha Sanchez, a Licensed Realtor with Venture Development Realty. Originally from Boca Raton, Florida, I moved to Palm Coast three years ago to pursue my real estate career and I quickly fell in love with the area and its people. Palm Coast is now home to me and I am passionate about helping others make it their home too.

With a background in the county club industry, I value building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. I am committed to making every real estate transaction as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with family and relaxing on the beach.
