Hello, I am Judit Glant, a Licensed Realtor with Venture Development Realty.

I was born in Hungary where I’ve received my education in Marketing and Business Administration.

I have a true passion for sales which was in my life from a very early age.

I lived in Miami for over 15 years but only recently, about 5 years ago, I discovered this hidden gem, Ormond Beach.

My most important role in Real Estate is to facilitate successful, stress-free deals and to provide valuable guidance and expertise to my clients.

My commitment to sellers is to help sell your home in a timely fashion while attaining the highest possible price.

For buyers, I seek to provide all the necessary tools for finding the right property and to help negotiate the best possible deal in each real estate transaction.

In my very active lifestyle, I do weight and resistance training 4-5 times a week which gives me the energy to deal with anything challenging.

I attend seminars and training programs to stay updated on market conditions, industry news, and best practices.
